Two hour live outdoor broadcast of National Basketball League game.
My role
Cable puller for courtside camera
operator positioned under the basket and responsible for all action shots,
following play, interviewing coaches and players before the game, at half time
and after the game. My role allowed the camera operator to safely
roam from one side of the court to the other to capture the best
possible vision. As well as hand relaying the cable out and in, I was also responsible for the camera operator's safety, guiding him into position so he could film
continuously.
